From sketch
to installed structure

    Design assistance

    Innobéton gets involved from the first sketches, alongside the architect and the engineering firm, then at tender and construction stages.

    Prototyping

    The moulds are CNC-machined.
    A prototype validates the geometry and appearance before series production.

  3. 03

    Mould design & manufacturing

    CNC machining, large-format 3D printing or thermoforming:
    processes suited to each geometry for high-precision manufacturing.

    Precasting of UHPFRC elements

    Each element is precisely precast, inspected and identified to ensure its traceability. From manufacturing to packaging, every piece is tracked until it is delivered to site.

    Installation assistance

    Our experience of UHPFRC enables us to support contractors, anticipate technical constraints and make installation on site easier.
